- Heat the pan and then add butter & cooking oil.
- When butter starts melt then add chopped garlic and green chillies. Saute it for 1 minute.
- After 1 minute add chopped onion. Saute it for 1 minute also.
- After 1 minute add chopped tomato, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder and black pepper powder.
- Cover and cook for 1-2 minutes. After 1-2 minutes add chopped Capsicum. Saute it for 30 seconds.
- After 30 seconds add hot water, maggi noodles, Maggi Masala and coriander leaves. Mix it well.
- Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes. After 2 minutes add grated cheese cubes.
