- 1/2 cup Paneer (grated)
- 1 cup Milk
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1/4 cup Milk powder
- 2 tablespoons Ghee
- 1 tsp Cardamom powder
- 7 to 8 strands Saffron dissolved
- 1 tsp wam milk
- for garnish:
- as required pistachio slivers and saffron crush
Instructions to make to make Paneer Laddu / Cottage cheese Laddu
- First, take a wide non stick pan and add ghee. Then add the paneer and saute' for 5 minutes on low flame.
- Then remove it in a bowl and keep covered. Then add milk to the pan. When it starts boiling, add milk powder and paneer and cook on low flame while stirring continuously.
- When mixture is thick, add sugar, cardamom powder, saffron mix and keep cooking till it leaves pan.
- Remove from flame and leave it to cool. When cooled, roll into lemon sized balls and make laddus.
- Now garnish with pistachios and a drop of kesar crush. Serve and Enjoy!
